During R & R, once the 6T40 6-speed transaxle is disconnected from the vehicle and is still on the trans jack, the DT-47811-A Transaxle Lift Plate attaches to 4 mounting holes in the transaxle case and allows it to be easily and safely lifted on and off the jack with a floor crane or chainfall. DT-47811-A was previously essential for the 6T70. DT-47811-15 includes 4 spacers and 4 long bolts that adapt DT-47811-A for attachment to the 6T40. Dealers who have not previously received the DT-47811-A will receive the DT-47811-A. The DT-47811-A fits both transaxles.
