2011 K Trucks with Magna transfer cases will use a new cup bearing in the input gear to support the main shaft, This cup bearing is installed into the input gear to a specific depth. It cannot be bottomed, or it will not fully support the front of the main shaft. If it is not installed enough, the mainshaft will damage the input gear. DT-49299 is used with J-8092 Driver Handle to install the bearing to the correct position.
