Kent-Moore DT-52094 Camaro Turbine Shaft Small Seal Installer
Applications: 10L80/10L90 Transmission
DT-52094 is a set of three tools that correctly install and compress the five solid Teflon seals at the front end of the input/turbine shaft. DT-52094-1 is a long, smooth protector tube with an adjustable depth stop-rod that goes over the shaft and protects the five seals from damage as they slide down the turbine shaft one at a time. DT-52094-2 has expandable fingers that snug fit the protector and evenly push the seals down the protector into their respective grooves on the turbine shaft without over-expanding the seals. DT-52094-3 has a tapered ID that gradually compresses the seals to the correct size OD so they slide inside the front support assembly ID without being nicked, cut, or twisted out of the groove.
