For GM / General Motors. Used with EN-46999 DOD Tester to test the LOMA solenoids for DOD system diagnosis. EN-46999-10 has both Power and Resistance leads. The Resistance lead is connected between EN-46999 and the engine connector to measure the resistance of the individual LOMA solenoids before any disassembly, and the Power lead is used between EN-46999 and the LOMA on-vehicle to listen for activation, and off-vehicle to conduct the air test.
