For GM / General Motors. Current SI lists J-35468, but the pilot OD is approximately 3mm too large, and damages the seal. EN-48869 can be used to install the front seal with the engine in-vehicle or out. EN-48869 includes a threaded rod, nut, and thrust bearing to allow service in-vehicle, but is thick enough on the end to allow the seal to be driven into the bore with a dead-blow mallet. Other methods will damage the seal, resulting in premature seal failure.
