The trans cooler pipe at the trans has changed from a standard flare fitting to a quick connect. These adapters are required to attach previously essential J 35944 cooler flusher to the quick connect cooler lines. Prior to installing the new overhauled Trans, the cooler and lines must be flushed.
Attach J 35944-200 adapter to feed and return lines then attach J 35944 flusher and follow flushing procedures.
