Kent-Moore J-36607 Ball Joint Separator
J-36607 is required to separate the front suspension shock module yoke from the lower control arm. Attempts to separate the shock module yoke from the lower control arm without J-36607 will result in increased labor time and/or component damage. J-36607 is installed over the ball stud. The ball stud nut is rotated counterclockwise and reacts against the top surface of J-36607 and safely forces the separation of the ball stud from the tapered interface.
