The threaded holes that were used to pull the wheel in the past have been eliminated and replaced with slots. The steering wheel on the 2000 N-car has had a design change in the steering wheel holes from which to pull the steering wheel. The previous model had threaded holes in which to pull from. The current model has unthreaded holes that require a special puller legs to pull the steering wheel. Used with J-1859-A.
