For General Motors. 1996 - Current S/T Truck w/ NVG 1500. During the assembly of the NVG 1500 a bearing must be driven into place over a shaft in the transmission. Current tools available do not have the required 17" reach to correctly install the bearing over the shaft into position. Place the bearing over the shaft into the transmission. Drive the bearing into place using J-44340.
