For General Motors. 1999 - 1/2 & Later T- Series & W5 with Isuzu MLD6Q 6- Speed manual transmission The output shaft seal on the Isuzu MLD6Q 6 -Speed manual transmission must be driven into the rear transmission housing to a specific depth. The output shaft seal is installed from the inside of the transmission rear extension housing. J-44708 is designed to install the output shaft seal to the correct depth for proper sealing to the rear yoke. The seal is placed into the rear extension housing. J-44708 is installed over the seal, and used with previously essential J-8092 Universal Driver Handle and a rubber mallet to drive the seal into position.
